Learn all about our our club and how you can be involved. We have collected some of the most frequently asked questions that we receive below. We’ve tried to provide detailed answers, but if there is something that we missed, please reach out and a member of our committee will get in touch with you!

How can I join or register to the club?Go to PlayRugbyLeague.com/register and search using your postcode, suburb or our club name North Lakes District RLFC Inc. Step 1 - Find the club/association (North Lakes District RLFC Inc) you wish to register to and select 'Register'. Step 2 - As part of the registration process, you will be prompted to login to your NRL Account. (If you don't have an existing NRL Account you will be able to create one during the registration process) Step 3 - Once you are logged in to your NRL Account, select the participant you wish to register or click 'Add New Participant'. Step 4 - Complete the registration form, ensuring the 'Type of Registration' field is correct as per the experience you are registering for. Most common options available are Player Tag (U6s and U7s only) Player Tackle ( U8s and above) , Coach, Trainer, Volunteer (generally used for roles in a club other than specifically Coach or Trainer) and Referee. Once you have registered with us, come back and pay your registrations fees online through our secure payment gateway on our website. If you need more information on linking participants to your account please feel free to contact us at the club, we’ll be more than happy to give you a hand!

How do I pay for my registration?You can pay your registration online via the 'Fees Membership page' at the top of this website, or alternatively you can pay at the club using a variety of payment methods.

Where is the club located?We're located in Griffin on Henry Road. Our new clubhouse sits between our main playing field and two training fields. We have lots of car space available.

What are the playing fees for the season?Registration fees vary for each age group based on a number of factors, as such we try and keep the costs as low as possible to encourage our youth to be more active within our community. Visit our 'Fees Membership' page for further information.

Does the club accept electronic payments?YES! Come down to the clubhouse for any credit card payments or call to arrange telephone payments. Alternatively you can pay through our secure online portal via our club website.

How can I volunteer at the club?All community clubs rely heavily on volunteers, and North Lakes Kangaroos are no different. We're always looking for volunteers to help out around the club. If you want to be a part of building a great local club within your community you can contact us through the web site or register as volunteer by following these simple steps. Volunteer roles we are always keeping an eye out for: Coaches, assistant coaches, referees, linesman, bar & canteen officers, duty officials, team managers, first aid, league safes, committee members, grounds coordinator, communications coordinator, events coordinators, equipment coordinators, sponsorship coordinators, coaching coordinators, social media coordinators, and fund raising coordinators just to name a few.

Where can I buy merchandise?Come on down to the clubhouse or alternatively purchase merchandise through our online store.

How do I find out about my club transfer clearance?Whether you are transferring from another club or transferring from our club, you will need a clearance from the BRL. All clearances come from the BRL, not the club you are transferring to or from. Please ensure you check your emails or junk mail for a response from noreply@nrl.com For further information you should email our club registrar at northlakesrlfcregistra@gmail.com

My child has never played rugby league, can my child play in a lower age group?The 18 month registration policy provides an opportunity for players who are born between July and December to register in the year level immediately below their calendar grouping. To promote ongoing participation and personal development, this initiative specifically targets children who may be new to the game, late developers or children who lack confidence.
